Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are happy to offer a full credit to your account for any item purchased from our in-stock inventory. Special order items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, however if we are able to return the merchandise (in new and re-sellable condition) to the manufacturer without return charges, we are happy to offer full credit. Technology supplies such as electronics, flash drives, batteries, toner and ink do not qualify for return unless they are in new and re-sellable condition unless being returned because of defect with the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip. Toner and Ink that is purchased incorrectly and opened does not qualify for return unless the error is ours.
